Local Partner Development is seeking a suitably qualified Social Worker to conduct home visits, family interventions and facilitate referrals to external agencies to garner the requisite support for youth between the ages of 14 and 29 from Grange Hill, who are at medium or high risk of committing criminal or violent acts. The Consultant is expected to have demonstrable ability to establish trust among the youth population and experience in providing psychosocial support to youths at risk of involvement in crime and violence. The consultant will provide services to approximately 30 youth.
